Meet the Team

Matt

Owner & CEO

Matt was born and raised in Avon Lake and attended Avon Lake High School, where he is now an assistant football coach. He received a Bachelor’s of Science from Kent State University and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Matt worked as a mechanical engineer for 12 years before purchasing New Stone Age, where he now acts as CEO.

Matt is an avid Penn State fan and loves anything Cleveland sports related.

Krissy

Owner & President

Krissy was born and raised in Avon and attended Magnificat High School. She received her B.S.B.A from the University of Denver and her Master’s of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Krissy worked in nonprofit trade associations before purchasing New Stone Age, where she now acts as President.

Krissy is a huge Cleveland sports fan and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

The Boss

His Name Is in His Title

As a vital member of the team, the boss can often be found in the show room, helping you select your stone based on his favorite colors. He is often accompanied by his two little sisters that enjoy assisting him. The boss attends second grade at St. Raphael's School in Bay Village.

He likes hanging with Waffles (his wiener dog), eating pizza and cheering on his favorite team, the Cleveland Browns (most especially, Nick Chubb).

Jon

Fabrication Manager

Jon is New Stone Age's Fabrication Manager and is a seasoned team member who is passionate about delivering quality results.

With years of experience in natural stone fabrication, Jon leads our fabrication team with expert knowledge and a commitment to continued training and skill development opportunities for his staff.
